One thing that Semerial is, is a back drop for the characters in a book that Zachary Wolf is working on.

Another thing that Semerial is, is a place where various authors can collaborate together and develop their works.

Soon there will be tools set up that will help facilitate authors with their works on an individual basis, such as; an Author database that lets you keep notes and stories for characters and locations organized, and ready to pull together into a cohesive story. In effect Semerial strives to be one huge 'Dark Tower' (the central development place that Stephen King used in creating many of his stories.)

Semerial will give authors a place to build stories, and a lose 'mythology' to link them all together - the 'Historians' of Semerial are tasked with recording the histories of all time, all places, and all dimensions - that's a pretty big task, but via a creative back story, and a killer filing system, the Historians are up to the task.

In reality this site will allow for Author collaboration or, if an Author prefers to fly solo, the site will at least provide a community of like minded professionals, and hobbyists that come together to make wonderful stories.

The Forums are so that we can communicate with each other -Groups will be made, and levels of security will be implemented so that works not ready to be shared can be worked on out of the public eye.

The Wiki will attempt to organize the stories, and have a place where fans and peers can follow the various plot lines. The forums work hand in hand with the Wiki to provide the communication links between those that read, and those that tell stories.

So there is a 'grand' plan for this place - Until recently this site has mostly been a static holding place. Many a great thing has begun with just a dream, the dream is alive, and the great things are just peaking over the horizon right now.
